  • Fixing of the Camera Chips and Monitor Board Chips

    We purchase camera and monitor chips from M-Star, Huawei, SONY, Sharp and other top companies that provide high quality chips. During this process, an automatic chip placement machine helps to suck the camera and monitor chips from the tray and install them on the PCB in a scientific order, achieving automatic defect detection.

  • Soldering

    Once the chips are correctly arranged on the board, a wire bonder helps to make the entire board into a closed circuit. When the driver applies a specific voltage and current, the monitor and camera begin to work stably. To ensure that the bond does not rust easily and lasts longer, 99.9% pure gold is used as the bonding wire.

  • Board Debugging

    The PCBs with chips installed are sent to the debugging program, where the board undergoes strict testing by our quality control personnel. We assure you that we can bring the same quality in all batches.

  • Sorting of the Board Drivers

    All boards are sorted by our quality control staff for current, voltage and display effects. Any defective boards are removed during this process. All boards of the same specification are then classified as qualified accessories and sent to the next workshop.

Ⅰ. Mould Design

AOTOP works with top mould design agencies to realise the design of monitor and camera housings based on a thorough analysis of manufacturing flexibility. With a reasonable mould design, efficient and safe moulding processes can be ensured.

Ⅱ. Mould Making

AOTOP manufactures high-precision moulds with tolerances within ±0.01mm using the most advanced CNC machine tools and water jet cutting machines to perfectly mould the designed housings.

Ⅲ. Casting (Metal Housings)

In this process, molten metal (mainly aluminium) is injected into the mould cavity to form the shape of the casing. By strictly controlling the pressure and time, we avoid deformation and cracks in the housing.

Ⅳ. Injection Moulding (Plastic Casing)

We use 504 plastic particles to ensure the best plastic performance at the most favourable price.
